**Job Profile: Air Tickets Executive**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Tickets Executive with a minimum of 1 year of expertise in handling Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online portals for ticketing. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end process of ticketing, ensuring seamless transactions for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Air Tickets Executive, your primary responsibility will be to handle both Global Distribution Systems and online ticketing portals proficiently. You will be tasked with managing flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and changes. Your role will encompass understanding client requirements, advising on flight options, ensuring accurate fare calculations, and processing payments securely. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving booking discrepancies, coordinating with airlines for real-time updates, and providing exceptional customer service.
