**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare Flexographic printing machines for production runs, ensuring proper alignment and registration.
- Load and adjust printing plates, cylinders, and ink to achieve desired print quality and color accuracy.
- Monitor and control printing parameters such as speed, tension, and pressure to optimize print results.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printing equipment, ink, or substrate to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Coordinate with other team members to prioritize jobs, schedule production runs, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production records, including job logs, material usage, and quality control data.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Flexographic Printing Operator, preferably with expertise in V Bottom and Square Bottom printing techniques.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating Flexo printing machines, including knowledge of press controls and adjustments.
- Strong understanding of color theory, ink mixing, and print registration.
- Ability to interpret job specifications, including artwork, color proofs, and production requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in Flexographic printing is a plus.
