We're seeking a talented IT Assistant who can seamlessly blend their technical expertise with effective problem-solving abilities. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your technical and problem solving skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Website Management: Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the company’s website and operations.
- User Assistance: Support employees with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
- Data Management: Assist with data backups, recovery, and ensuring data security.
- Inventory Management: Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Requirements and skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent industry experience.
Technical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining websites using WordPress.
- Knowledge of development technologies including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, SQL, and CSS.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac OS).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.

- Good time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team
- Passion for troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Stay current on industry trends and latest technologies to improve skills to build innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
