**Experience
- Fresher/6 months experience**

L1 staff job description:
1. Coordinating with Theatre operations team to solve L1 issues. Eg: Basic POS troubleshooting.

2. Coordinating with client IT team for basic configurations and troubleshooting.

3. User access creation and modification.

4. Coordinating with distributors to resolve reporting issues.

5. Basic configurations in Vista. Eg: Discounts, item creations etc.

6. Assisting in IT audits.

7. Actively monitoring the support requests.

Good command over English.

Good communication skills.

Team Player

Ability to work with schedules and under pressure.

Bachler’s degree, Preferably in IT, Certifications will be an added advantage

Working with overseas clients
