**About Us**:
IntrCity is India largest fastest growing trains + bus mobility platform for intercity travellers, who comprise 97%+ of overall intercity travellers. Its flagship brand IntrCity SmartBus provides safe, trusted and standardised travel options around India’s long-distance routes, operating across 630+ routes and serves nearly 1 lakh travellers every month. IntrCity’s marketplace for trains + buses, RailYatri, simplifies train travel based on data tech driven insights and help travellers make best decisions, while IntrCity SmartBus promises a comparable alternative to train, which is reliable, safe and comfortable.

Currently, the brand is running a fleet of 100+ IntrCity SmartBus across 18 hubs, covering 65

destinations and serving nearly 100,000 travellers per month. Each IntrCity SmartBus is a “Connected Bus” with iOT command centre and offers a wide range of features that make travelling a comfortable experience for the travellers. All buses are equipped with on-board washrooms, SmartBus Captain and boarding happens from an AC Lounge. To ensure the safety of the passengers, each bus has CCTV cameras, GPS, a state-of-the-art AI enabled driver alert system and our proprietary “Track Your Bus”.

**Desired Experience & Skills for Customer Support Executive Role**:

- Identify customer concerns and provide timely support for their queries.
- Be proficient in our products and services and communicate effectively to the customer.
- Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested.
- Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
- Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services wherever applicable.
- Ensure all communications are logged timely and correctly.
- Ensure individual sales targets are met without fail.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.

**Note: Good Hindi communication is very important. Its a rotational shift profile so night shift also include, Customer Support or Sales experience mandatory.**
