Key Responsibilities:

- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and community leaders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders on corporate affairs matters.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and engagements with stakeholders.
- **Public Relations**:

- Manage the company’s public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and public statements.
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
- Monitor media coverage and manage responses to media inquiries.
- **Corporate Communications**:

- Develop and execute corporate communications strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Prepare and review communication materials, including speeches, presentations, reports, and newsletters.
- Ensure internal and external communications align with the company’s brand and strategic objectives.
- **Policy Advocacy and Government Relations**:

- Monitor and analyze relevant policy and regulatory developments that impact the company.
- Advocate for the company’s interests and positions on policy and regulatory issues.
- Coordinate lobbying efforts and participate in industry advocacy initiatives.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Develop and implement crisis communication plans and strategies.
- Act as the company’s spokesperson during crises and manage communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective crisis response.
- **Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)**:

- Support the development and implementation of the company’s CSR initiatives and programs.
- Communicate CSR activities and achievements to stakeholders and the public.
- Collaborate with community organizations and partners on CSR projects.
- **Event Management**:

- Plan and organize corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and ensure successful execution.
- Represent the company at external events and industry forums.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare reports and presentations on corporate affairs activities and outcomes.
- Analyze the effectiveness of corporate affairs strategies and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,896.37 per month
