Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Account Managers and Bench Managers to identify the skill sets and needs of consultants on the bench.
- Actively source job openings from clients and vendors, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying suitable opportunities for bench consultants.
- Submit qualified consultants to client requirements and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential, to understand their hiring needs.
- Negotiate rates and job offers, ensuring both the client and consultant are satisfied with the arrangement.
- Work with client delivery teams to ensure proper on-boarding and support for consultants placed in new projects.
- **Market Research & Networking**:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, client requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Regularly network with industry professionals, staffing agencies, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Drive sales efforts and work towards achieving set revenue targets.
- Work with internal teams to help meet business objectives and goals.
- **Internal Communication**:

- Collaborate with recruiters, sales teams, and account managers to keep all stakeholders informed about the consultant’s status and client requirements.
- Provide regular status reports to management on the progress of placements and revenue generation.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and send all necessary documentation and agreements between consultants and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting or IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and related roles.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset and target-driven approach.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
