**Experience**:

- The Controller or Chief Financial Officer level.
- Ten years of financial & management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization with an operating budget of Rs.1000 Crores and working with a team of at least 25 staff persons.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
- To lead, develop and manage the activities of the existing fundraising activities in line with the long and short-term goals of the organization.
- Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
- Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
- Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.
- Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
- Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals. Liaison with Bank and other funding sources and maintaining relationships with the investment community/Investment Bankers.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in managing finance officers and accountants.
- Must be skilled in finance, accounting, budgeting, planning, strategic thinking, direct and indirect taxation, audit, etc.
- Expertise in Income-Tax law, GST, Company law, FDI regulations, and Foreign contribution regulations is highly desirable.
- Preferring expertise in education regulations and trust laws is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
