*Company Overview*

Kalandoor Group Company is one of the leading international business house based in Dubai, which have branches in GCC countries. It has been in the business since 2000 and comprises of professional managements, staffs and skilled workers to support the overall activities of the company. We are a diversified group in the field of construction, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, international trading, and green energy.

*Responsibilities*

1. Heading Finance, Accounts, MIS & Commercial functions of the company.

2. To develop strategies, improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through financial / cost management, resource allocation, performance measurement and monitoring, internal controls enhancement and productivity improvements.

3. Responsible for preparing financial reports to determine the financial feasibility, projected cash flow/fund flow to monitor the inflow of funds and ensured optimum utilization of available fund in line with corporate goals.

4. Developing Systems, Policies, Manuals to make the finance function more process driven.

5. Structuring annual budget and evaluating it on the parameters of risk and return on the investment.

6. Projects feasibility report comprising detailed financial analysis and estimates of future returns on proposed investments.

7. Establish strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.

8. Maintain the accounts from beginning

9. Should be self driven control of complete finance of all companies in all countries

10. Should keep accounts, bank consolidation etc.. from time being & later

11. Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies

12. Manage vendor relationships

13. Oversee HR function, coordinating with external service providers (payroll, benefits, and general HR) and internal staff responsible for various aspects of HR

14. Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance, and taking action

15. Over seeing allocation of capital and funding.

*Requirements*

1. Min. 10 years relevant work experience

2. Strong background in finance - experience in controlling budget and forecasting

3. Strong analytical & organisational skills

4. Strong management & leadership assesment

5. MBA in Finance from Premiere Institution preferred

6. Must be an expert in Accounting software, Tally, ERP, MIS, Excel, Word etc.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
