To transform the future of staffing, we've launched Linnk Innovation in Kochi, our dedicated software development division. Here we are building a native AI SaaS platform that will redefine how staffing companies operate, combining ATS, CRM, ERP, and an AI recruiter bot into a single intelligent, enterprise-grade solution. The team is already forming in Kochi with senior leaders in architecture, product, and engineering. The AI and product vision is clear, the funding is secured, and now we need a CTO to unify, enable, and elevate the team to global excellence. As CTO, you will: - Work directly with the CEO to shape product and technology strategy. - Collaborate with our senior architect, software, and product leads to turn vision into execution. - Enable the team to perform at their best, embedding excellence into everything we build. - Be the technical and commercial face of the platform, helping us launch and scale to market. Your Responsibilities: Architect & Guide the Platform - Oversee the design of a multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS system. - Ensure seamless integration across ATS, CRM, and ERP modules. - Embed AI as a differentiator for recruiter automation, NLP-driven engagement, and predictive analytics. Work With & Enable Senior Leaders - Partner with our architect, product, and engineering leads to amplify their impact. - Build cohesion, shared standards, and excellence across the technology organisation. - Mentor, support, and challenge the senior team to deliver at a world-class level. Drive Market Success - Partner with the CEO and commercial team to align product delivery with growth. - Support enterprise sales and investor conversations as the technical authority. - Shape a tech-enabled sales pipeline that connects product readiness to revenue. Deliver Scale & Trust - Deliver the MVP and rapid iterations through the senior team. - Ensure security, compliance, and resilience (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO27001). - Balance startup speed with enterprise stability. What You Must Bring (Proven Track Record Required) We're looking for a builder and enabler with a proven track record of making an impact in enterprise SaaS and AI. - Deep SaaS Expertise: Architected and launched at least one enterprise SaaS product from zero to market. - AI Integration: Hands-on experience embedding AI/ML/NLP into real SaaS products. - Product & Design Impact: Proven ability to make big product/design decisions that shaped adoption and outcomes. - Commercial Edge: Direct involvement in enterprise sales cycles and revenue-focused delivery. - Team Enabler: Track record of working with senior leaders (architects, product managers, engineers) to raise standards and build excellence. - CEO Partnership: Ability to work closely with the CEO on product strategy and growth. - Entrepreneurial DNA: Comfortable with startup pace, ambiguity, and bold decision-making. - Location Commitment: Willing to base yourself in Kochi 80% of the time to work hands-on with the team.
