**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Office Coordinator** to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience looking to grow in an administrative or operational role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front-desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and answering calls
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist in preparing documents, and coordinating calendars
- Support basic HR and accounting tasks such as maintaining employee records or assisting with invoices

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have strong communication and Writing Skills
- Organized, punctual, and capable of multitasking
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
