**Job Description**:

- Must have Vendor Invoice booking Experience along with TDS & GST Implication
- Knowledge related to Vendor payment and reconciliation
- Knowledge of Fixed Assets creation and verification
- Creation of Purchase Orders
- Review of vendor quotes and working with Admin department on the same
- Receipt and verification of vendor and other bills
- Recording of vendor bills and updating of payments in the accounting system on a day-to-day basis.
- Reconciling vendor accounts on periodic basis
- Comparison and analysis of periodic Expenses
- Preparing various MIS reports related to AP

**Qualifications**:

- Cost Accountant or Postgraduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Payable at a multi
- MS Office:

- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word
- Unquestionable ethics and integrity
- Must have large ERP AP system experience
- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
