**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain digital marketing services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the database of customer information.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Provide accurate information about our services and pricing.
- Handle basic client queries and direct complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
