**Role: Tele sales (international - voice)**

**Location: Nungambakkam**

**Shift: Night shift - Fixed shift**

**Exp: fresher to 7 years**

**CTC: As per your current CTC + Performance bonu**s

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer insights and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
