**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Academy Operations to join our Demo Operations team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of demo classes, supporting new part-time teachers during onboarding, and coordinating with educators across global time zones. You’ll be central to maintaining operational efficiency, timely communication, and seamless processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for new part-time teachers during onboarding (first 45 days/initial interaction).
- Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and keep slot information updated.
- Escalate issues when required and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain trackers, handle data entry, and support operational reporting.
- Share timely updates with managers and team leads for decision-making.
- Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth demo operations across regions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers welcome to apply).
- 0 - 3 years of experience; EdTech exposure is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented team player with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
