**Job Overview**:
MindMentorz, a premier afterschool chess academy located in Bangalore, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Onboarding Associate to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for the parents of prospective students. As an Onboarding Associate, you will be the first point of contact, offering a friendly and informative interface between the academy and the families interested in our chess programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Parent Interaction**:Engage with parents of potential students to provide detailed information about our chess programs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- **CRM Management**:Efficiently manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and ensure smooth communication channels. -**Scheduling Demos**:Coordinate and schedule demo classes for interested families, ensuring a hassle-free experience for both parents and instructors. -**First Payment Collection**:Handle the initial payment process with parents, providing clear information on fees and payment options.
- **Communication and Follow-Up**:Maintain consistent and effective communication with parents throughout the onboarding process, addressing any queries or concerns.
