Job Role: Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations across departments (content, tech, marketing, sales, and support).
  • Develop and implement efficient operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and smooth workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and scaling initiatives as the company grows.
