**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts, to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

**2. Digital Marketing**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search rankings.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI.

**3. Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the content team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and drive lead generation.

**4. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track campaign performance and user engagement.
- Generate detailed reports on digital marketing activities and present actionable insights to the management team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in **digital marketing and SMO.**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of **SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
