**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated **Digital Marketing & Sales Manager** with **2-4 years of experience** to manage our online marketing campaigns and sales growth. The role involves generating quality leads, converting them into clients, and enhancing our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing**
- Manage paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive results.
- Optimize websites, landing pages, and lead funnels for better conversions.
- Track and report campaign performance with analytics tools.
- Keep up with digital marketing trends and new tools.

**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate business.
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat opportunities.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **2-4 years of proven experience** in digital marketing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
