**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude.
- Manage and maintain the reception area.
- Ensure a tidy and professional appearance of the front office.

**Communication**:

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking meeting rooms.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
