**Receptionist (Female) Ahmedabad (Memnagar + Bopal) With Prior Hospital Experience.**
We are looking to hire a Receptionist with excellent communication skills.
**Receptionist Responsibilities**:
- Fluency in English is Compulsory.
- Greet and attend all patients in person and over the phone.
- Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
- Maintain all records at the front desk.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.
- Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
- Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
- Assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
- IPD +OPD billings.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
**Requirements**:
- 2 -3 years of experience in hospital / hospitality industry.
- Must be willing to do rotational duties (9 Hours Duty in the span of 8 am to 8 pm).
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Good Communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
