**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and facilitate engaging and inquiry-based learning experiences that promote students' academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to inquire, explore, and take action.
- Collaborate with colleagues, grade-level teams, and specialist teachers to develop and implement interdisciplinary units, projects, and assessments that meet the needs and interests of diverse learners.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to differentiate instruction and accommodate different learning styles, abilities, and language backgrounds.
- Assess student learning and progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Foster student agency, independence, and self-reflection by encouraging students to set learning goals, reflect on their learning experiences, and take ownership of their learning journey.
- Integrate global perspectives, intercultural understanding, and sustainability concepts into the curriculum and classroom activities to promote responsible citizenship and international-mindedness.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers through regular communication, conferences, and parent involvement opportunities.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and collaborative planning meetings to enhance teaching skills, deepen understanding of the PYP framework, and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing reflection and inquiry to evaluate and improve teaching practices, curriculum implementation, and student outcomes.
- Uphold the principles and values of the IB Learner Profile, promoting attributes such as inquiry, curiosity, open-mindedness, and respect among students and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (required).
- Teaching certification or licensure (required).
- International Baccalaureate (IB) educator certification (preferred).
- Previous experience teaching in an IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) school (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum framework, principles, and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for inquiry-based learning, student-centered pedagogy, and holistic education.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning experiences to enhance student engagement and achievement.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and continuous improvement as an educator.
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity, equity, and global citizenship.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
