**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive, inquiry-based curriculum aligned with the PYP framework and IB standards.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and assessment tools to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- **Classroom Management and Student Development**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student engagement, collaboration, and independence.
- Foster social, emotional, and academic development through the IB Learner Profile attributes and PYP attitudes.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a culture of respect and responsibility.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress using formative and summative assessment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and reflect on teaching and learning practices, sharing best practices and resources.
- Participate in professional development opportunities related to the PYP and IB philosophy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies, curriculum initiatives, and accreditation processes.
- **Communication and Community Engagement**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Involve parents and the wider community in the learning process, encouraging partnerships that enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community service projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (required).
- Certification in IB PYP (preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure (required).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
