**FULL-TIME, ON-SITE POSITION IN AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT.**

**Requirements**:

- _**Expertise with Pre-primary and Primary teaching methodologies at the school level**_
- _**Proficiency/fluency in the English language (writing, speaking and reading)**_
- _**Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with teaching and excelling**_ _**at Pre-Primary and/or Primary level in a school (PRT)**_
- _**Acute attention to detail**_
- _**Excellent communication and coordination skills**_
- _**Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad**_
- Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood / Childcare Education is preferred (B. S. ECE)
- Diploma Early Childhood / Childcare Education is preferred
- Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethics and high work quality standards
- Bachelors of Arts in English Literature is a plus (BA English)
- Knowledge and the ability to create hybrid teaching methodologies from Montessori Method, Reggio Emilia Approach, Waldorf (Steiner) Education, HighScope Approach, Play-Based Learning, Bank Street Approach and Pikler Approach

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with experienced in-house SMEs and creators to create/curate academic content
- Shadowing other team leaders to understand and get familiarised with academic script writing templates
- Thinking creatively
- Developing hybrid models of learning for PRT to implement
- Creating teacher manuals for PRT
- English language training sessions
- Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members
- Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leaders
