- **Curriculum Implementation**: Implement the PYP curriculum effectively, ensuring that lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards. This involves planning and delivering lessons, as well as incorporating various teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess students' progress through various methods, such as quizzes, tests, projects, and observations. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them understand their strengths and areas for growth.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues. This includes sharing academic updates, addressing concerns, and collaborating with other teachers to support students' holistic development.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish clear expectations for behavior and conduct in the classroom. Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and conducive learning environment.
