Job location - West bengal
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the redesign of system SCADA schematic's, revise system load calculations and regional load shedding programs.
- Manage and communicate SCADA alarms using verbal and electronic media.
- Maintain facility security, respond to all emergencies, facilitate command and support staff to location of emergency.
- Serve a lead producer; direct crew to ensure show run smoothly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of utility; process, and HVAC relate equipment/ systems.
- Maintain lube oil system purification for turbines, pumps, turbine control, seal systems.
- Control plant systems including but not limit to electrical, air, water, and HVAC.
- Prepare LOTO's and other safety forms, assist maintenance when require, and order equipment and supplies.
- Support 4 plant engineers by regularly performing and evaluating plant tests as well as putting together outage packages.
- Operate, control and maintain power generating equipment, including boilers, turbines, generators and supporting equipment using DCS.
- Include developing operations procedures and implementing LOTO program.
- Recognize and communicate DCS control and/or instrument problems to appropriate personnel.
- Analyze baseboard firmware, BIOS and storage products firmwares for server manageability operations.
- Travele to waste management facilities as start-up consultant for operational processes and regulatory compliance control development.
