**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Developing a business development strategy focused on project work and customer satisfaction
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Expanding the business in the allotted territory with Contractors, Architects, and fabricators.
- Discussing with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments.
- Carrying out Post order Management Activities.
- Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer
- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience in the building materials industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Product knowledge or willingness to learn about building materials
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets
- Team Handling is must

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with CRM software
- Knowledge of construction industry trends and developments
- Network of contacts in the construction industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
