Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop a robust client base.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our range of plywood products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our plywood product line and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide customers with accurate information, technical specifications, and guidance on product selection.
**Customer Service**:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive products.
- Analyze and report on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.
**Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in plywood sales or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction and woodworking industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
