Hiring for - Social Media Executive.

Job Location: -Indore (Dwarkapuri).

Experience: - 1+ Year.

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
1 years of exclusive experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Experience with managing social media accounts for a brand, including creating content, scheduling posts, and analysing metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Knowledge of social media best practices and trends.
Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube) that aligns with the company's brand messaging and goals.
Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including tracking performance metrics and providing insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions that align with the company's marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media marketing and provide recommendations for improving the company's social media strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Use social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social, to schedule and publish content, monitor engagement, and track metrics.

**Salary**: ₹9,273.99 - ₹27,389.72 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- social media marketing or digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social: 1 year (preferred)
