**Responsibilities**:

- Develop social media strategy to effectively promote the organization's initiatives, events, and projects.
- Plan and create engaging and visually appealing contents for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Lead and guide the Designing team for the Flyers, presentations, and report
- making process to ensure high-quality visuals and materials.
- Ensure that all social media content adheres to the organization's brand guidelines and effectively resonates with the target audience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies through social media to enhance the organization's public image and reputation.
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader communication initiatives.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and promote key initiatives, events, and projects.
- Optimize ad performance based on analytics and insights to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor social media metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, using various analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to gather relevant information and updates to be shared on social media platforms.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the industry.
- Continuously adapt and optimize the organization's social media strategy to remain relevant and effective.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- High Creativity quotient with an ability to produce visually appealing and engaging contents.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary** : - Upto 30,000/- Per Month

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
