Job Description: Social Media Executive (1 year of experience)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Executive to join the team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, drive brand awareness, and build a strong online presence.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field/ MBA.
- **Grades above 65% in all academics.**:

- **Good Communication Skills, spoken and written.**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and their respective features and functionalities.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging social media content (text, images, videos) that resonates with the target audience.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and publishing content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure performance and generate reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise content.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics to create visually appealing posts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) by scheduling and publishing content.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, insights, and user feedback, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
