
Sales Executive

Prospecting and lead generation:Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Use various sources such as databases, online directories, and referrals to build a pipeline of prospects.
Make outbound calls to engage with leads and qualify their interest in the product or service.
- Sales presentation and product knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers over the phone, highlighting the benefits and features of the offering.
Address customer questions, objections, and concerns to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Relationship building and nurturing:Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.
Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and offer ongoing support.
Follow up on leads and previous interactions to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Sales negotiation and closing:Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales by securing customer commitment and processing orders.
- Sales reporting and administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance, targets, and forecasts to sales management.
- Customer service and after-sales support: Assist customers with post-sales inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with other teams, such as customer support or technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 per month
