**Exciting Opportunity: Sales Manager**

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive with less than 1 year of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales success of the company.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Maintain Customer relations
- Identify new business opportunities in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and submit to reporting manager
- Research & Analyse various sales & marketing options to achieve the target
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Less than 1 year of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
