Travel and Ticket Executive

Making quotation, travel itineraries, tour packages, costing to the customers - Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate with travelers. - Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Holiday Packages - Sharing Quotations as per the client requirements and convincing the customers to close the sale. - Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. - Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends will be preferred - Create customized holiday packages for B2C - Determining clients needs and suggesting suitable travel packages - Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation - Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority. - Communicating with suppliers & service providers - Answering Calls both In-bound and Out-bound - Keeping track on documentation, payments. - Follow-up with customers for feedback about their experience of the tour and service - Follow the set SLA and guidelines - Meet the set target - Understand requirements for each event - Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints - Book venues and schedule speakers - Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost - Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms - Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.) - Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards - Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems - Evaluate event’s success and submit reports Qualification - Bachelors in Commerce/Tourism/Arts + - Minimum 1+ Year Experience in holidays and travel industry - Must have experience into B2C Sales - Proficient in MS Office - Domestic & International Destination Knowledge - Excellent communication skills **Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 7397527272
