The Office Manager will be responsible for developing new products, making itineraries and ensuring efficient execution.We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate as well as full benefits after a probationary period.Role Description:Responsible for tour planning, management, and meeting clientsCreating customized itineraries tailored to client needsPreparing quotations for tours and related servicesMaintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsCoordinating and managing guided tours to ensure smooth operationQualifications and Skills:Demonstrates potential for creating detailed travel itinerariesIn-depth knowledge of local attractions and tourism products in Madurai and surroundingsProficient in relevant computer software and tools, including excellent Excel skillsAbility to prepare accurate quotations and manage pricing detailsFluency in multiple languages & Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management will be considered a plus.Time CommitmentFull-time, On-Site in Madurai, 5 days a week.About Tushita Travelshttps://www.tushita.travel/Tushita, founded in 1977, has been a leader in providing services in India for leisure tourism.
