ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, refine audience segmentation, and optimize marketing campaigns for lead generation and conversion.

Create compelling and engaging content tailored to specific target audiences to attract and capture leads at various stages of the customer journey.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking, to drive quality traffic and lead acquisition.

Implement lead capture mechanisms, such as landing pages, forms, and call-to-action buttons, and optimize conversion paths to maximize lead generation effectiveness.

Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads, track interactions, and facilitate lead scoring and qualification processes.

Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign elements, including ad creatives, landing page designs, messaging, and calls to action.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI), to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and lead generation, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and support lead nurturing and conversion efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Master's degree or specialized certifications in digital marketing preferred.

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) for lead management and nurturing.

Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experience in analyzing and interpreting data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for various digital marketing channels and target audiences.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
