**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver personality development programs tailored to students in classes 6-12.

Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as communication skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, and social etiquette.

Provide one-on-one mentoring and counseling to help students overcome personal challenges and improve their self-confidence.

Collaborate with school faculty and parents to create an environment conducive to students' personal growth.

Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and make learning enjoyable and impactful.

Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to them and their parents.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in personality development and education.

Organize and participate in school events, seminars, and other activities that promote holistic development.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience as a Personality Development Trainer, preferably in a school setting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to connect with students and inspire them to grow personally and academically.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
