**Job Title**: Freelancer Accent Trainer (British & American Accent)
**Location**: Newtown

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live training sessions (offline) on British and/or American accent development.
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans focused on pronunciation, stress patterns, rhythm, and intonation.
- Provide personalized feedback to learners to help reduce MTI and improve clarity.
- Prepare training materials, modules, and practical exercises as needed.
- Conduct assessments to track progress and effectiveness of training.
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accent Trainer or Voice & Accent Coach (American and British).
- Excellent command over English phonetics and linguistic patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Background in linguistics, communication, or voice training is preferred.
- Certifications in Voice & Accent, English Language, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working with BPO/EdTech or training corporate professionals.
- Ability to adapt training methodology based on learner profile (freshers, professionals, etc.).
- Knowledge of soft skills, business communication, or IELTS preparation.

**Compensation**:

- Project-based or hourly (negotiable based on experience and scope).
