**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Soft Skills Trainer to join our team as a freelance/part-time trainer. You will play a crucial role in empowering our students with the essential soft skills they need to excel in their personal and professional lives. Your passion for learning and development will equip students to navigate today’s complex world with confidence and effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver engaging training modules covering key soft skills such as:
- **Adaptability**: Embracing change and overcoming challenges with flexibility and resilience.
- **Time Management**: Prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and optimizing schedules for increased productivity.

- Collaborate effectively with the program director and fellow trainers to ensure the program’s success.
- Maintain flexible availability to accommodate the program schedule and potential additional sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in roles requiring strong soft skills (e.g., training, education, human resources, communication).
- Proven experience in developing and delivering soft skills training programs or workshops.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners.
- Passion for learning and development, with a demonstrated commitment to self-improvement.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape and essential digital skills.
