**Ciklum **is looking for a **Salesforce QA Engineer** to join our team full-time in India.

**About the role**:
As a Salesforce QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Test Planning and Design:

- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications
- Identify and document test data requirements
- Testing Execution:

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure that all components function as expected
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality
- Execute performance and security testing to ensure the solution meets quality standards
- Defect Management:

- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure that defects are fixed in a timely manner
- Retest resolved defects to ensure that fixes are effective and do not introduce new issues
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

- Support UAT by preparing test environments and coordinating with stakeholders
- Facilitate UAT sessions and capture feedback from end-users
- Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
- Provide input into the creation of user guides and training materials
- Continuous Improvement:

- Participate in project retrospectives and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies and tools

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing
- Strong understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and related Salesforce products
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
