About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with proven experience in testing Salesforce implementations, specifically across CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud modules. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile practices, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality testing outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and connected applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners during Agile ceremonies to refine requirements and validate solutions.
- Identify, document, and manage defects using industry-standard QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in line with project deadlines.
- Provide clear testing status updates and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of QA experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with QA and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and time-sensitive environment.
