This role requires a strong understanding of Agile practices, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality testing outcomes in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud.- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and connected applications.- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners during Agile ceremonies to refine requirements and validate solutions.- Identify, document, and manage defects using industry-standard QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in line with project deadlines.- Provide clear testing status updates and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.Required Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of QA experience with the Salesforce platform.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud testing.- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Experience with QA and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and time-sensitive environment.
