**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support project managers in coordinating project activities.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics, milestones, and risks to project stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements, document workflows, and maintain project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the development and delivery of project presentations, reports, and status updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and implementing best practices in project management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
