**Introduction**:
As an Intellectual Property Law Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise in intellectual property rights (IPR) matters. This role demands a thorough understanding of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws, as well as the ability to navigate the complexities of intellectual property litigation and transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on intellectual property laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal documents related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- **Client Counseling**:

- Advise clients on intellectual property strategies, protection, and enforcement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align IP strategies accordingly.
- **Drafting and Prosecution**:

- **Litigation Support**:

- Assist in intellectual property litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and provide litigation risk assessments.
- **Contract Review and Negotiation**:

- Review and negotiate contracts related to intellectual property, including licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
- **Due Diligence**:

- Conduct intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Assess and report on the intellectual property assets and risks associated with business transactions.
- **Client Education**:

- Educate clients and internal stakeholders on intellectual property laws and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance awareness of IP issues within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents and agreements.
- Thorough understanding of intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with international intellectual property standards and treaties.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**
