Internship Opportunity: Legal Intern – Property & Non-Litigation

Location: Sion, Mumbai

Duration: Full-Time Internship (Minimum 3 Months)

Eligibility: Law Students (2nd Year & above of 5-year Course / Any year of 3-year Course)

Practice Area: Property Law, Real Estate, and Non-Litigation

About the Role:

We are inviting applications from motivated law students who have a strong interest in property law and non-litigation legal work. As a Legal Intern, you will gain practical exposure to drafting, documentation, and compliance in real estate transactions, under the guidance of experienced lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing various property-related legal documents including Sale Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Conveyance Deeds, MOUs, Gift Deeds, Affidavits, and Powers of Attorney.
  • Support in SRA and MHADA documentation, society conveyance, and property registration procedures.
  • Conduct legal research on property laws, real estate regulations, and related matters.
  • Coordinate with clients, senior associates, and government offices for documentation and registration work.
  • Assist in title due diligence, society matters, and compliance-related assignments.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation records for ongoing matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing LL.B. from a recognized university (3rd year onward).
  • Interest in Property Law, Real Estate, and Non-Litigation Practice.
  • Basic understanding of SRA, MHADA, RERA, and registration processes will be an advantage.
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with legal documentation formats.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn through hands-on experience.
