Key qualifications and requirements for the position include:

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of legal practice, preferably in areas such as corporate law, contracts, or litigation.

Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Drafting all types documents in respect of properties/corporate, relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to the aforementioned areas of practice.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide sound legal advice and solutions.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
