**Job Overview**:
The Secretary provides administrative and personal support to the executive or individual they assist. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as a high level of discretion. The Personal Secretary manages a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth operations in both professional and personal environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of important documents.
- **Personal Assistance**:

- Handle personal tasks such as managing household staff, running errands, and assisting with personal finances.
- Book personal appointments, make reservations, and manage household schedules.
- Plan and organize events, including family functions, vacations, and social gatherings.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ensure all personal and professional matters are managed with the utmost respect for privacy.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between the individual and other stakeholders (clients, colleagues, etc.).
- Ensure timely communication of messages and requests.
- Represent the individual in various matters as needed.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:

- Assist with special projects and personal or professional tasks as required.
- Support any other administrative duties that may arise in the course of daily operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Fluent English is mandatory.**:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
- A positive attitude and flexibility in handling varying demands.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
- Additional training in office management or secretarial work may be advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
