Medical Representatives (MRs) meet doctors at their clinics. MR’s are excellent individual contributors who are capable of maintaining a dignified relationship with doctors. They visit doctors on a regular basis and act as business promotion lead. MRs take the responsibility to understand the product in detail and work according to the business style. MRs are excellent communicators and good evaluators of people’s emotions. They organize and execute efficient and systematic working procedures. They are the face value of the company. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products in the medical industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research related to business need and to device strategy to promote the product.
Opportunities:
Key Responsibilities:
Visiting hospitals, Care homes, Clinics to understand their core requirements on patient management.
Understanding the products in development.
Feed back to management business strategies
Technical feedback to R&D for product enhancement.
Qualification & Required Skill-Sets:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in medical marketing
Research based marketing skill is preferable
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
Understanding of the medical industry and regulatory requirements
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
