**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Planning, Designing, Integrating and Driving large-scale and complex SAN and NAS solutions/projects.
- Responsible for managing complex SAN and NAS infra (Deployment and Steady State support).
- Act has a final contact for any technical issue for the assigned accounts. Drive Critical/Major incidents and assist SMEs in RCA preparations. Implement measures to proactively identify the issues.
- Lead a group to achieve business objectivities and address day to day impediments.
- Quickly learner to adapt new technologies as per the offering/business requirements and assist team with required knowledge.
- Responsible for planning and capacity management of storage infrastructure.
- Responsible for implementing DR solutions, maintaining, and performing DR tests.
- Responsible for addressing performance and replication related issues.
- Responsible for fabric management.
- Responsible for code management.
- Responsible for compliance of the infra.
- Support management in technical discussion with clients and customers.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experienced to provide end to end Storage Management services and support of Dell storage, Netapp, IBM. Minimum of 6-7+ years of experience in supporting SAN infra. Experience of Installation, Configuration and upgradation, Thin provisioning, Global Mirror, and Metro Mirror. Through understanding of Storage products, Advance troubleshooting & Disaster Recovery activities, Ability to implement High Availability, Workload Management and Fail Over, Disaster recovery Proficient in designing, implementation, solutioning, client facing to Implement standard methodologies & Performance monitoring.
- Application of agile methodologies and find innovative ways to manage the services efficiently and effectively. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work. Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and good in time management. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and Stay up-to-date on required technical knowledge to manage the services.
