**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inputting and updating data into computer systems and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data integrity and security policies.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Generating reports and performing data analysis as required.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification OR Graduation
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 29 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with data entry software and databases.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English both language typing.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with regular office hours.
- Occasionally may require working evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.
